JMJ Residential Construction (Ann Arbor Decks) has been building and remodeling Ann Arbor’s family spaces since 2006. Founded by Josiah Shurtliff, JMJ Residential has earned its place as a preferred construction company by specializing in finished basements, kitchens and baths, wood and composite decks, pergolas, porches and 3 seasons rooms. We complete over 80 projects for happy customers annually, and our carpenters combine over 100 years’ experience.
